CVA S.p.A. announces that, as part of the process of finalising the annual financial reporting for the year ended December 31, 2025, further analysis and assessment activities requested by the sole shareholder, Finaosta S.p.A., are currently underway, aimed at ensuring the completeness and reliability of the Group's financial information. Consequently, the approval process for the Consolidated Financial Statements will extend beyond the timeframes ordinarily envisaged.

The Company will promptly inform the market of any relevant updates, including the expected date for approval of the financial statements.
