CVA EOS S.r.l. ("Company"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of CVA S.p.A. ("CVA"), a company issuing a bond listed on the regulated market Euronext Dublin, announces that - following the promotion of the take-over bid and the exercise of the squeeze-out right (so-called squeeze-out) which led to the delisting of the shares of Renergetica S.p.A. ("Renergetica") from Euronext Growth Milan of Borsa Italiana - today the purchase from Exacto S.p.A. ("Exacto") of no. 1,797,143 ordinary shares of Renergetica, equal to 22.18% of Renergetica's share capital ("the Transaction") was completed.

Following the closing of the Transaction, the Company holds 100% of Renergetica's share capital.
