Notice is hereby given that today CVA EOS S.r.l., a single-member company wholly owned by Compagnia Valdostana delle Acque S.p.A., acquired from Clarion Wind S.r.l., a company active in the renewable energy sector, the entire share capital of Eolica Cancellara S.r.l., owner of a 39.6 MW operational wind power plant located in the municipality of Cancellara, in the province of Potenza.
