On 10 January 2024, the Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of CVA S.p.A., Pierpaolo Impérial, resigned for personal reasons.

As of 11 January 2024, on the basis of current legislation (pursuant to Article 2401 of the Italian Civil Code) and until the date of the next Shareholders' Meeting, the alternate auditor, Massimo Scarrone, will take over as standing auditor, also assuming the Presidency of the Board of Statutory Auditors.
