Today the CVA Group’s sub holding Agreen Energy S.r.l., refined the increase in share capital from 10.000 euros to 2 million euros with the subscription of capital increase from CVA EOS S.r.l. and BF Agricola S.r.l. Società Agricola. 

The investment in the Agreen Energy’s share capital from BF Agricola S.r.l. Società Agricola, with a share of 30%, represents a further step for the implementation of the broader ‘Investment Agreement’ between CVA Group and BF Group, that is aimed at deploying a pipeline of agrivoltaic plants on the BF Group’s farmland, in line with the renewable energy sources’s diversification of CVA Group, as detailed in the 2023-2027 Strategic Plan.
