By deed of 28th February 2023, the company Agreen Energy S.rl. was established with legal head office in Châtillon, Via Stazione n. 31, Italy. Agreen Energy has a share capital of 10,000 euros, entirely subscribed by CVA Eos S.r.l asu., 100% controlled by CVA S.p.A. asu.

The Agreen Energy’s Chief Executive Officer is Enrico De Girolamo, appointed for three years, from 2023 to 2025.

The scopes of Agreen Energy S.r.l. are: the production, distribution, commercialization, transmission and selling of electric energy produced from renewable sources; the planning, development, management and maintenance of solar and agrivoltaic plants; grid services, the use and recovery of energies and the development of energy efficiency; the supply to third parties and the commercialization of renewable energy plants.
